Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage the upgrade to our VMware vSphere environment to version 8.0.
- Upgrade and migrate existing servers running on Microsoft Server 2012 to a newer version.
- Design and implement comprehensive logging and alerting policies to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Evaluate and implement security improvements to strengthen our IT infrastructure.
- Lead the implementation of MS Entra and advise on best practice.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document infrastructure changes and procedures for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
