Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing strategies, programmes, and operating plans.
- Proven experience managing budgets and headcount, and leading positive, high-performing teams with inclusive working cultures.
- Experience developing an enterprise architecture blueprint plan from the ground up.
- Strong technical expertise across key disciplines including data, machine learning, and AI.
- Experience setting up an architecture function from the ground up is preferred.
- Experience working with third parties to deliver outcomes.
- Experience implementing TOGAF or an equivalent standard.
Responsibilities
- Design and build an enterprise architecture blueprint and the associated simplification roadmap.
- Establish robust architectural governance to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Drive the simplification agenda across our technology and data estate.
- Ensure our foundations are strong and our control environment is fit for purpose.
- Provide leadership on technology trends and help explore and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and best practice.
- Drive end-to-end workflow simplification across our applications, including Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to translate business strategy into effective roadmaps.
- Increase the benefit realisation of integrations to improve data quality, automation, reporting, and process efficiency.
