We are looking for strong CRM leadership experience within a high-growth or fast-paced environment. We need a proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programmes, not just optimising existing ones. We want a commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, retention, and customer value. We require hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools. We need experience leveraging automation and AI within CRM workflows. Responsibilities:
- We own and evolve the end-to-end CRM strategy aligned to commercial growth targets.
- We build and optimise multi-channel lifecycle journeys including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and cross-sell.
- We drive segmentation and personalisation at scale.
- We implement and scale AI-driven workflows to improve speed and efficiency.
- We establish a fast-paced testing and experimentation culture.
