Requirements

  • Experience working with the UK MoD or the defence sector.
  • Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge, including Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, LAN, WAN, and VLAN.
  • Active SC Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV clearance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred candidates with CCNA, ITIL, Linux, or crypto device experience.
  • Preferred candidates with an Electronic Warfare or military background.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for high-value systems used in critical operational environments.
  • Work hands-on with hardware, Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, routers, and secure networks.
  • Support customers both on-site and remotely.
  • Travel regularly across the UK to customer sites.
  • Occasional travel to mainland Europe and other international locations.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, typically one week in four.
  • Provide support for mission-critical systems and advanced defence technology.
