Requirements
- Strong professional network across the United Kingdom with a demonstrable track record in consulting opportunities for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence projects
- Ideally Big 4 experience preferred
- Strong consulting experience, including solution development, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and building trusted adviser relationships with senior-level clients
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and data projects with excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and client-centered mindset with the ability to translate business problems into compelling data-led solutions
- Natural problem solver with intellectual curiosity and an agile, forward-thinking outlook
- Strong understanding of current business challenges and how digital and data technologies can enable change
- Significant experience in data architecture and data engineering, including building data platforms and working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
- Good grounding in programming and data engineering languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks
- Relevant cloud and data technology certifications (Azure, etc.) are beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence in both technical and non-technical audiences

- Face off to senior stakeholders to shape work and originate opportunities in data projects
- Lead the Digital Consulting team, mentoring and shaping team members for growth and development
- Influence outcomes through collaborative problem-solving, avoiding reliance solely on documentation or code
- Translate complex business and data challenges into actionable strategies and solutions
- Engage in commercial negotiations, ensuring trusted adviser relationships with clients
- Oversee and guide technical teams on data architecture and engineering projects
- Facilitate the creation of proposals and develop solutions that meet client needs
