Responsibilities include acting as an internal cyber security advisor aligned with our organisational strategy and objectives, leading and coordinating the resolution of complex and high-profile cyber security issues, developing, refreshing, and embedding our cyber policies, standards, and procedures, tracking compliance, adoption, and governance alignment across our programmes, providing portfolio oversight, reporting, and remediation management, conducting horizon scanning and providing leadership briefings on emerging threats and trends, supporting the development of cyber profession standards alongside our HR and Learning & Development teams, contributing to our cyber assurance activities and senior-level incident readiness planning, ensuring alignment with statutory obligations, including GDPR and wider regulatory requirements, and working closely with the Deputy CISO and our Cyber Security & Information Assurance function to advance cyber maturity and transformation objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Transformation Lead to support our interim cyber security transformation efforts and help accelerate our strategic objectives. You will work closely with our Deputy CISO and Cyber Security & Information Assurance function to strengthen our cyber strategy, governance, assurance, policy development, and overall cyber maturity.
