Requirements
- Previous 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support experience, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and core networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- A confident communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- A full clean UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working in a full-time, permanent role based in Liverpool with regular site visits across the North West.
- An IT-related qualification would be beneficial, though not explicitly required.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone and remote access, with 3rd line support delivered through site visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage live tickets relating to laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and VPNs.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within Microsoft 365.
- Support customers with general IT queries and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all client environments.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and other hardware.
- Install routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Carry out network installations.
- Assist with office moves, server upgrades, and wider infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with experienced network engineers to keep customer systems running smoothly and securely.
