Requirements
- Strong commercial experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Salesforce Analyst roles
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect certifications, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, workflows, data modelling and integrations
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of security models, user permissions and data management within Salesforce
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience creating reports, dashboards and business insights from Salesforce data
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills
- Degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline is beneficial

- Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles and security settings
- Configure fields, objects, page layouts and workflows to support business processes
- Develop and enhance automation using Salesforce tools and best practice methodologies
- Support integration activities between Salesforce and other business systems
- Establish and maintain governance, change management and release management processes
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Manage data quality, imports, audits and ongoing system maintenance
- Provide user support, troubleshooting and training across the organisation
- Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation
