Requirements
- Strong experience in delivery management within MSO / managed services environments.
- Proven track record of resolving large-scale, complex technical issues.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (cloud/on-prem), application lifecycle management, and networking and system integrations.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at multiple organisational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive reporting.
- Hands-on, execution-focused technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, and routes-to-live.
- Ensure service readiness, stability, and operational compliance during deployments.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in line with best practices.
- Lead the resolution of critical, high-impact technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and platforms.
- Act as a technical escalation point, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot complex system integrations and failures.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client stakeholders to align delivery goals.
- Provide clear, concise communication on delivery progress, risks, and issues.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within MSO delivery.
