Requirements
- Strong experience in an IT Engineer, EUC Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Systems Administrator role.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and demanding user communities.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Expertise in Entra ID or Azure AD and Active Directory.
- Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support across desktop, infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
- Act as a trusted technology partner for senior stakeholders and executive users.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user lifecycle management.
- Manage Intune, endpoint compliance, and device deployments.
- Support Windows and macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Manage hardware refreshes, office technology, and meeting room environments.
- Support multiple UK locations through regular onsite visits.
- Maintain documentation, technical standards, and security controls.
- Drive continuous improvements across user experience and operational processes.
