Requirements
- Senior IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure
- Experience with Azure (via MSP), Windows Server, Hyper‑V, VMware, and Veeam backup and recovery
- Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with ITIL or structured service environments
- Understanding of security, compliance, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support across enterprise infrastructure services
- Lead complex incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Design, support, and improve on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure
- Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and meet SLAs
- Contribute to infrastructure projects from design through to delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver service improvements
- Support continuous improvement and mentoring within the team
- Participate in an on‑call rota as required
