Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CTO, Head of Engineering, and the original software author to understand and evolve a complex application
- Improve and progressively enhance an established C# .NET WinForms desktop codebase
- Help transition a large-scale legacy platform from an on-premise desktop environment to a modern .NET Core, cloud-based architecture
- Contribute to the technical direction of a major systems transformation programme
- Collaborate with stakeholders, challenge ideas constructively, and support knowledge sharing and planning workshops
- Participate in a friendly, collaborative engineering team and contribute to ongoing platform improvements
