Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or technician role
- Personable and confident in client‑facing environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and networking infrastructure
- Experience with device management tools such as JAMF or MDM is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to seasonal peaks and event schedules
- Passport required for international travel
- Full driving license and 25+ years old for insurance purposes when driving company vans
- Based in the UK and willing to travel regularly for events and support
- Self‑motivated and proactive during quieter periods such as stock control and maintenance
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Work day to day as part of our IT and technical support team
- Configure, deploy, and manage hardware including iPads, laptops, and AV equipment
- Provide technical support and ensure smooth on‑site delivery at events
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and manage logistics
- Ensure our IT systems, networks, and software are up to date and secure
- Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and a professional presence
- Travel across the UK and internationally for on‑site event support
- Drive and transport equipment to event sites as required
