Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience implementing IT systems, ideally finance or operational systems
- Experience in IT project management

Responsibilities:
- Support our IT improvement programme, including the implementation and enhancement of Maximo and TOPI systems
- Facilitate quick wins for our existing Maximo system following migration to a new service provider
- Coordinate communication, change management, and training with site staff
- Follow up on open actions related to Maximo improvements
- Coordinate the project management and delivery of a potential new CMMS system for our site
- Support the identification of user requirements, system needs, and implementation plans with our supplier and site teams
- Support migration activities and data transfer from our existing system to a new CMMS
- Ensure reporting requirements are delivered for site staff from the new CMMS
- Coordinate the project management and delivery of our new finance system
- Support the identification of user requirements, system needs, and implementation plans with our supplier and relevant site staff
- Support integration and data transfer from our CMMS, finance service provider, and spreadsheets into the new finance system
- Ensure reporting requirements are delivered for site staff from the new system
- Coordinate communication, change management, and training for system changes
- Coordinate the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of improvements to the TOPI system and related reporting
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver improvements to other IT areas, including SharePoint and core spreadsheets such as P&L databases and generation models

We are recruiting for an IT Systems Implementation Manager to join our team at TeesREP Biomass Power Plant in Teesside on a 12-month fixed term contract with a competitive salary, dependent on experience. TeesREP is the world's largest purpose-built biomass power plant, with a capacity of 299MW supplying electrical power to the GB National Grid and the equivalent of around 600,000 homes. Over 200 people work at our site across operations, maintenance, engineering support, and local supplier partnerships. This role will play a key part in our IT improvement programme, supporting system enhancements, new system implementations, and broader digital improvement opportunities across the business.
