Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar IT Support / Network Engineer role
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong understanding of VOIP systems
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, switching, VLANs, and network configuration
  • Experience working with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., NinjaRMM, HaloPSA) is an advantage
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Certifications (Not Essential)

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • CompTIA Network+ / Security+
  • Vendor-specific networking or VOIP certifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across Windows and cloud platforms
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP systems
  • Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD, and security policies
  • Manage broadband and network infrastructure including routers, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, and switches
  • Carry out on-site client visits for installations, troubleshooting, and project delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation through our PSA/RMM tools
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, compliance, and vulnerability remediation
  • Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
