Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar IT Support / Network Engineer role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of VOIP systems
- Strong understanding of firewalls, switching, VLANs, and network configuration
- Experience working with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., NinjaRMM, HaloPSA) is an advantage
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Certifications (Not Essential)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Vendor-specific networking or VOIP certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across Windows and cloud platforms
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VOIP systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD, and security policies
- Manage broadband and network infrastructure including routers, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, and switches
- Carry out on-site client visits for installations, troubleshooting, and project delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation through our PSA/RMM tools
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, patch management, compliance, and vulnerability remediation
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
