Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of managing IT operations, service delivery and cyber security in a small-to-medium organisation.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures.
- Experience of managing outsourced service desk and technology partners.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical issues and concepts into clear updates for non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Strong incident management and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across our organisation.
- Ensure we maintain a reliable, secure and well-governed IT environment.
- Support our colleagues so they can deliver our mission.
- Own operational service delivery, supplier and contract performance, infrastructure coordination and operational cyber security controls.
- Work both independently and as a hands-on leader.
- Manage internal and external resources and partners to support our strategy.
- Oversee and improve IT operations and service delivery.
- Manage cyber security controls within our operational environment.
- Coordinate infrastructure and technology partners to keep services running effectively.
