Requirements
- Demonstrable self-taught technical capability, accredited qualification, or relevant experience
- Experience in IT systems or infrastructure support, ERP or business software support/implementation, application support, or technical consultancy
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to support colleagues and management across departments
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle daily tasks and project work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and with non-technical colleagues
- Practical, business-focused mindset with ownership of outcomes and improvements
- Experience with Microsoft 365, ERP/CRM, workflow, data or document management tools, and system integration/configuration/automation would be beneficial
- Experience with scripting, coding, or databases such as JavaScript, PHP/MySQL, APIs, or similar would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our business systems and digital environment across IT, software, and process improvement
- Maintain and continuously improve internal systems, software, workflows, and digital infrastructure
- Select, implement, and integrate software including ERP, CRM, finance, operations, and related tools
- Support and improve Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook
- Identify inefficiencies and deliver practical system improvements
- Support users across the business with day-to-day system needs
- Contribute to compliance-related processes and digital documentation
- Support website and digital tool development
- Work with management to shape future digital direction
- Train and support colleagues in effective system use
- Lead internal systems and improvement projects over time
- Support mentoring and development of junior team members and apprentices
