- Proven experience in a hands-on IAM engineering or technical SME role.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more IAM platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, or CyberArk.
- Experience with directory services, including Active Directory and LDAP.
- Strong understanding of federation and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Familiarity with SIEM logging, monitoring, and audit requirements.
- Vendor certifications in IAM technologies are desirable.
- Experience working within financial services or other regulated industries is desirable.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and API security is desirable.
