Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support across Windows, M365, Teams, and core business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across AD, Azure AD, and M365
- Support hardware, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Handle joiners, movers, and leavers processes
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and printing issues
- Escalate issues to senior engineers or external partners where required
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and IT processes
- Support office-based users and resolve issues face-to-face
