Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solutions Analyst.
- Understanding of software delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable advising non-technical SMEs and simplifying complexity.
- Pragmatic, organised, and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.
- Familiarity with Office 365 user administration.
- Familiarity with Azure Entra or Active Directory.
- Basic SQL Server knowledge, including queries and data management.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- SME or scale-up experience.
- Knowledge of information security and data protection.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of AI capabilities and how they translate into business features.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops with internal SMEs and manage expectations across teams.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support backlog creation, prioritisation, and UAT.
- Advise on system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Work with external development teams to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
- Produce clear documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and decision logs.
