We are looking for a Head of Technology, Data and Transformation with senior leadership experience in technology, digital, data or transformation within regulated, customer-facing environments. We need someone with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology or business change. We require strong experience across technology operations, cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, cyber security and governance. We are looking for expertise in data governance, analytics and reporting. We need a good understanding of data platforms and business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide multi-disciplinary leadership for teams covering service delivery, infrastructure, applications, data and analytics, project delivery and change.
- Shape how technology, data and transformation help us achieve our strategic objectives.
- Develop and deliver a forward-looking digital, data and technology strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, improvement and accountability.
