- Set the engineering direction, standards, and operating model across the function.
- Ensure engineering quality, scalability, resilience, and long-term technical health.
- Stay close to architecture, engineering decisions, and platform strategy.
- Lead managers and senior engineers across multiple teams.
- Help shape engineering culture and improve operational maturity.
- Establish best-in-class engineering practices across a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Contribute to modern cloud-native engineering initiatives across Azure, DevOps and CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, event-driven architecture, platform engineering, and automation and AI-enabled services.
