Requirements
- Extensive technical expertise with at least 15 years in IT and 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience designing and implementing secure, resilient distributed IP networks
- Proven capability in building IT infrastructure solutions, including virtualisation and containerisation
- Ability to lead technical teams and produce high-quality documentation and architectural diagrams
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and presentations
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for the Network & Infrastructure team
- Produce high-quality, detailed high-level system designs, considering field conditions, civil works, and existing technologies
- Define and refine technical requirements in collaboration with Sales and Project Management
- Develop the strategic roadmap for network and infrastructure evolution, ensuring system reliability and resilience for mission-critical products
- Oversee the strategy and operation of internal development and testing environments to ensure reliability, flexibility, and appropriate capacity
