Requirements
- Strong experience within a Managed Service Provider environment in a 3rd Line or Project Engineering capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and switching fundamentals.
- Experience with virtualisation technologies and virtual machines such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience using ConnectWise, PSA, or RMM tools within an MSP.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Valued experience delivering cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
- Valued exposure to Ubiquiti / UniFi networking technologies.
- Valued understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
- Valued previous experience mentoring junior engineers or assisting with escalations.
