- Proven experience in FinOps or cloud financial management.
- Strong experience with Azure and Private Cloud cost models.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for modelling and reporting.

- Experience with financial reporting tools and cost optimisation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior customer engagement.
- Prefer experience working in regulated financial services environments.
- Prefer knowledge of frameworks such as FCA, PRA, DORA, and ISO 27001.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the FinOps team, setting objectives and performance standards.
- Design and deliver FinOps services aligned to financial services requirements.
- Develop and maintain cost models across Azure and Private Cloud environments.
- Drive cost optimisation strategies while maintaining performance and resilience.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own and manage cost management tooling, including Azure Cost Management.
- Translate business and technical requirements into financial models and insights.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure teams to improve cost visibility.
- Support sales and account growth through FinOps-led opportunities.
- Provide strategic input to leadership on FinOps service evolution.
- Ensure robust governance, auditability, and financial transparency across all outputs.
