Requirements
- Experience working with the UK MoD or the defence sector.
- Strong infrastructure and networking knowledge, including Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, LAN, WAN, and VLAN.
- Active SC Clearance and eligibility to obtain DV clearance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred candidates with CCNA, ITIL, Linux, or crypto device experience.
- Preferred candidates with an Electronic Warfare or military background.
Responsibilities
- Deliver maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for high-value systems used in critical operational environments.
- Work hands-on with hardware, Windows Server, VMware, firewalls, routers, and secure networks.
- Support customers both on-site and remotely.
- Travel regularly across the UK to customer sites.
- Occasional travel to mainland Europe and other international locations.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, typically one week in four.
- Provide support for mission-critical systems and advanced defence technology.
