Requirements

  • DV cleared support engineer with experience supporting busy environments.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS support and administration.
  • Experience with Azure, Entra and Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Endpoint Management and Intune administration.
  • Experience running PowerShell scripts.
  • Understanding of security concepts such as MFA and Conditional Access.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite or equivalent ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing updates on progress.
  • Provide basic 1st and 2nd line support for our environments, services and infrastructure.
  • Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support.
  • Carry out end user support both desk-side and remotely.
  • Issue communications to our user community for incidents and maintenance events.
  • Respond to monitoring alerts, triage issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Ensure incident tickets are updated, maintained and fed into the major incident process when required.
  • Provision end user devices and onboard users.
