Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multi-stream digital/IT processes involving HR, suppliers, and operational teams.
  • Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL process delivery capability.
  • Supplier management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and tracking complex onboarding and operational activities.
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital/IT operational processes, including access provisioning, readiness, and operational quality.
  • Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery within a large, complex, international organisation.
  • Experience working in outsourced IT environments and managing deliverables via third-party vendors.
  • Experience in ITSM management and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • We act as the key link between Digital & Technology teams, suppliers, and business operations.
  • We coordinate end-to-end Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) and onboarding activities, ensuring all onboarding, access provisioning, and readiness steps are executed consistently across the programme.
  • We provide local IT service coordination and operational delivery, ensuring in‑country technology services meet business standards, KPIs, and business needs.
  • We monitor operational queues, track performance against SLAs, and drive continual service improvement.
  • We provide assurance to programme managers, Service Leads, and operational stakeholders on both project and BAU deliverables.
  • We ensure delivery of programme artefacts during mobilization and maintain structured internal reviews to track progress.
  • We oversee end‑to‑end onboarding, including bulk hiring cycles, ensuring timely access provisioning, device readiness, and compliance with required steps.
  • We support internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, suppliers, and project teams, in navigating onboarding processes and resolving blockers.
  • We manage documentation, onboarding artefacts, checklists, and access governance consistency.
  • We ensure forward visibility of regional and local needs and upcoming changes.
  • We liaise with the Information governance team and relevant governance bodies to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • We manage supplier delivery for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with KPIs and quality expectations.
  • We participate in governance reviews daily, weekly, and monthly, and ensure adherence to D&T standards.
  • We escalate major operational risks or issues with recommendations for resolution.

More: We are a market leader in the EdTech space, looking for an experienced Onboarding & EUC Lead to join one of our growing teams in London. This is a 6‑month onsite role based in Stratford, London, supporting a mass onboarding project to onboard circa 150 resources by November. The role is inside IR35 with a rate of £450 per day, with likely extensions and a permanent option. We offer the opportunity to contribute hands‑on with 2nd to 3rd line onboarding support while also shaping service and process mapping across the business.
