Requirements
- Previous experience as a subject matter expert, product owner, or technical owner of an EPICOR ERP system or another ERP system.
- Ideally exposure to an EPICOR system such as Kinetic, Prophet 21, Eclipse, BisTrack, ECM, or similar.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems from both a business and technical perspective.
- Experience leading or supporting system improvements and business transformation initiatives, particularly across operational and financial processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical system solutions.
- Professional, engaging communication skills at all levels.
- Experience producing KPI and MI reporting dashboards and presenting insights to senior management, directors, and executives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for the development, review, and implementation of EPICOR ERP system improvements.
- Take ownership of EPICOR system performance, operational functionality, and future development to support business performance and growth.
- Lead the integration of EPICOR into our ERP environment and ensure data and reporting are fully integrated and aligned with business needs.
- Provide full visibility of structured data and information to support decision-making and reduce risk.
- Gather and analyse EPICOR user requirements to enhance functionality and streamline business processes.
- Work closely with our IT, Finance, and operational teams to identify system enhancements and support successful implementation of changes and upgrades.
- Define, maintain, and communicate the EPICOR product roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Stay up to date with new EPICOR product developments.
- Resolve technical and operational system challenges.
- Deliver EPICOR system training and end-user support when needed.
- Produce and present regular KPI and MI reports to key stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with our strategy, vision, and priorities.
- Streamline and improve ERP processes through system enhancements and automation wherever possible.
