Requirements
- We are looking for a subject matter expert, product owner, or technical owner of an EPICOR ERP system, or another ERP system.
- Ideally, we have experience with an EPICOR platform such as Kinetic, Prophet 21, Eclipse, BisTrack, ECM, or a similar model.
- We are experts in ERP systems from both a business and technical perspective.
- We have experience leading or supporting system improvements and business transformation initiatives, particularly across operational and financial processes.
- We bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can identify practical system solutions for users.
- We are professional and engaging communicators at all levels.
- We have experience producing KPI and MI reporting dashboards and presenting insights to senior management, directors, and other executives.
Responsibilities
- We act as the subject matter expert for the development, review, and implementation of EPICOR ERP system improvements.
- We own EPICOR system performance, operational functionality, and future development to support business growth.
- We lead the integration of EPICOR systems into the company ERP environment and ensure data and reporting are fully aligned with business needs.
- We provide visibility and structured data to support key business decisions and reduce risk.
- We gather and analyse user requirements to enhance EPICOR functionality and improve business processes.
- We work closely with IT, Finance, and operational teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and support changes and upgrades.
- We define, maintain, and communicate the EPICOR product roadmap in line with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- We stay up to date with new EPICOR product developments.
- We resolve technical and operational system challenges.
- We deliver EPICOR system training and end-user support when needed.
- We produce and present regular KPI and MI reports to key stakeholders.
- We build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, vision, and priorities.
- We streamline and improve ERP processes through enhancements and automation wherever possible.
