Requirements

  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing clients and end users.
  • Ability to understand a client's business needs and identify opportunities to maximise new business and retain existing revenue.
  • Experience with WLR, SIP, NGN and associated tariffing preferred.
  • Knowledge of data connectivity solutions including DSL, FTTC, EoFTTC, EFM, leased line, point-to-point, MPLS and SD-WAN preferred.
  • Experience with UCaaS, PBX and CCaaS/contact centre solutions preferred.
  • Experience with hosted managed services, private cloud and public cloud preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT services including Microsoft 365, security, backup, disaster recovery and DRaaS preferred.
  • Experience with mobile devices and voice/data composite solutions preferred.
  • Commercially accountable and results-driven.
  • Ability to work from our Manchester hybrid location required.
