- Experience integrating platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, BigCommerce, Linnworks, ERP systems, inventory management systems, or custom software is highly desirable
- Experience building inventory synchronisation systems is highly desirable

- Automotive industry knowledge is highly desirable
- Familiarity with automotive inventory catalogues, OEM and aftermarket part numbers, vehicle compatibility and fitment information, breaker and dismantler inventory systems, automotive ecommerce platforms, and product categorisation and taxonomy is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Review onboarding questionnaires submitted by new business sellers
- Assess seller inventory systems, ecommerce platforms, and technical capabilities
- Determine the most effective integration strategy for each seller
- Work directly with seller technical contacts and development teams where required
- Configure, implement, test, and maintain seller integrations
- Utilise and extend our Seller API to support business seller onboarding and inventory synchronisation
- Assist external developers and technical contacts in integrating with our API
- Troubleshoot onboarding and synchronisation issues
- Ensure business sellers can efficiently upload and maintain inventory on our platform
- Identify opportunities to create reusable integration solutions for commonly used platforms and systems
- Improve and streamline seller onboarding through automation and technical innovation
- Contribute directly to our Ruby on Rails codebase
- Build tools and automation that improve seller onboarding and inventory management
- Design and maintain scalable inventory synchronisation processes
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, data feeds, imports, and exports
- Monitor and optimise integration performance and reliability
- Collaborate with external development partners to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready
- Follow established GitLab workflows, testing practices, and deployment processes
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
