Requirements
- Commercial experience, including pricing and technical sales strategy, with a proven track record in new product or service development.

- Prior experience working in or with offsite construction or Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of offsite solutions portfolios, including lifecycle, customer perceived use value, pricing, and sector assumptions.
- Work with Portfolio Development teams to ensure our offsite solutions and product portfolios are aligned and positioned to maximise share, price, and profitability.
- Identify and champion new offsite solution and product development opportunities, including gaps and adjacencies in our current offerings.
- Assess how offsite manufacturing changes system performance and determine where adapted testing, evidence, or certification is required.
- Support cross-sector and cross-functional activity to deliver our offsite solution portfolio priorities.
- Work alongside our Offsite Development Director, Sector, Portfolio, and Technical teams to define, develop, and validate solutions for offsite manufacturers.
- Support sales and specification teams across all sectors with technical and commercial insight.
