  • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
  • Deliver user training and create supporting documentation and guides.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and wider IT teams regarding escalated issues and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote effective and standardised use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organisation.
