We are looking for a highly experienced e-discovery professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach. We require a deep understanding of document review platforms and disclosure processes. We need hands-on experience with leading tools such as Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms. We require strong knowledge of AI-driven review technologies such as TAR and CAL. Proven experience managing teams and delivering training is essential. A solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) is necessary. Experience implementing quality control processes and mitigating risk in review workflows is required. We value the ability to advise on the strategic use of technology in complex matters. Experience with scripting or automation is advantageous. Strong client-facing experience within professional services or legal environments is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Disputes teams to design and deliver tailored e-discovery strategies.
- Acting as the primary contact for document review and legal technology queries.
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of e-discovery projects, from data collection to production.
- Building, mentoring, and developing a junior team, providing ongoing training and support.
- Delivering training sessions to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights across our business.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relating to disclosure.
- Leading the delivery of end-to-end e-discovery services across a diverse range of matters.
- Implementing tailored digital solutions to support complex disputes and investigations.
- Helping enhance our use of technology-assisted review tools and driving innovation within the team.
