Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in ERP and/or CRM implementation and support.
- Experience with data migration.
- Power Platform and Azure exposure would be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a large, multi-site environment would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead a major Dynamics 365 implementation programme across our global business.
- Work alongside our IT Director and ERP Leader to ensure Dynamics 365 is integrated smoothly.
- Provide technical expertise and act as the subject matter expert for ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support internal users and stakeholders.
- Support the wider IT team in the smooth day-to-day running of our ERP systems.
- Contribute to system configuration, enhancements, and user training.
- Help ensure ERP systems are effectively supporting several thousand employees across the business.
