- Implement lead capture, qualification and attribution systems.
- Architect CRM lifecycle and pipeline infrastructure in collaboration with Sales and CX.
- Design and deploy automation systems using AI tools and agents.
- Own SEO and emerging AEO capabilities.
- Launch and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways.
- Create lean, scalable systems that improve efficiency across the business.
- Manage and coordinate remote freelancers and specialist contributors.
