Requirements

  • Significant hands‑on experience configuring Dayforce (Ceridian) in a complex, integrated environment
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Workforce Management processes
  • Proven track record of deploying configuration changes safely within live environments
  • Experience managing impacts across integrated systems, such as Finance and Benefits platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑pressure post‑implementation environment
  • Experience supporting large‑scale HR system implementations or stabilisation phases
  • Familiarity with data migration, interfaces, and system integrations

  • Support the stabilisation, optimisation, and embedding of the Dayforce platform following a recent group‑wide implementation

About the Role

We are seeking a Dayforce Product Specialist to support the stabilisation, optimisation, and embedding of our Dayforce platform following a recent group‑wide implementation. This is an outside IR35 contract role with a negotiable day rate. We operate within an integrated HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management environment, and this role will play a key part in improving system performance and safely managing change across connected platforms.
