- Experience leading data migration activities for a ServiceNow transformation or similar enterprise platform implementation.
- Strong knowledge of data migration strategy, planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and cutover.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL processes and tooling such as ServiceNow Import Sets, MID Server, and APIs.
- Experience working with legacy systems, spreadsheets, integrations, and data quality standards.
- Ability to lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders and translate requirements into migration rules.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production load cycles, reconciliation, and hyper‑care.
- Ability to work with business SMEs to resolve data issues and secure sign‑off.
- Background in ServiceNow TPSM or a similar ServiceNow module is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute the full data migration strategy for the ServiceNow TPSM implementation.
- Identify in‑scope data objects, legacy systems, dependencies, and transformation rules.
- Define data quality standards, mapping templates, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead workshops with business and technical teams to create source‑to‑target mappings.
- Translate ServiceNow TPSM data model requirements into practical migration rules.
- Ensure alignment with integrations, configuration, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Oversee data extraction from legacy systems or spreadsheets.
- Manage the development and execution of ETL scripts or tooling.
- Coordinate load cycles for SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Run data profiling and cleansing activities to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- Lead validation cycles with business SMEs and resolve data gaps.
- Manage reconciliation, error logs, and migration sign‑off.
