Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain our online product catalogues
  • Collect, collate, and organise product data, pricing information, and images
  • Perform accurate data entry and database updates
  • Review, validate, and maintain data integrity
  • Identify and report data discrepancies or quality issues
  • Create and accurately match stock codes within our database systems
  • Maintain stock master records and internal product information
  • Analyse data and recommend solutions to improve processes and accuracy
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and timescales
