Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users across our organisation.
- Support system configuration, including forms, views, dashboards, reports, workflows, and security roles.
- Work with departments to gather requirements and help shape future systems improvements.
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
- Deliver user training and create supporting documentation and guides.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and wider IT teams regarding escalated issues and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote effective and standardised use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organisation.
