- Strong track record delivering multi-entity, multi-country ERP programmes.
- Experience leading discovery phases and defining global templates.
- Ability to engage, challenge, and influence CFO-level and senior finance stakeholders.
- Strong bias toward standardisation over customisation, with an OTB-first approach.
- Experience setting chart of accounts, dimensions, intercompany, and multi-entity structures.
- Ability to establish design governance and decision frameworks.
- Experience working across Europe in a hybrid delivery model with workshop travel.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with functional consultants and programme leadership.
