We are looking for hands-on experience with CyberArk Secure Cloud Access (SCA) and CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA). Proven experience delivering privileged access management solutions within Azure and/or AWS environments is required. A strong understanding of cloud access models, web-based console access, episodic access, Zero Standing Privilege, and credential lifecycle management is necessary. Experience implementing approval-driven access controls and governance workflows is essential. Strong knowledge of CyberArk PAM SaaS capabilities and privileged access best practices is needed.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and operating privileged access management capabilities across cloud environments, focusing on CyberArk SCA and SIA. You will build, configure, and operate CyberArk Secure Cloud Access and Secure Infrastructure Access platforms. Delivering secure, audited access to Azure and AWS environments through cloud consoles, command-line interfaces, RDP, and SSH is expected. You will implement and manage Zero Standing Privilege, Just-in-Time access, approval-based access controls, session monitoring, and auditing capabilities.

Additional responsibilities involve configuring and managing CyberArk components including Connector Servers, Connector Management Agents, Management Pools, Network IDs, and supporting software. You will define and implement access policies, platforms, and plugins for RDP and SSH access. Designing and implementing privileged access controls for cloud-hosted infrastructure and database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL is required. You will design and deploy credential lifecycle management and password rotation controls using CyberArk Secrets Rotation Service across Windows and Linux platforms.

Developing scripts and automation solutions to support operational activities and onboarding processes using APIs and infrastructure-as-code approaches is part of the role. Collaborating closely with PAM Developers to define and implement automated onboarding and approval workflows, including Terraform and ServiceNow integrations, is expected. Integrating privileged access governance processes with ServiceNow to provide approval traceability, audit evidence, and operational efficiency is also a key responsibility.

You will define, document, and maintain PAM standards, onboarding patterns, policies, runbooks, and operational procedures. Supporting compliance, governance, assurance, and audit activities is necessary. Collaboration with Cloud, Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Network, and third-party delivery teams to deliver PAM services across the organisation is essential. Acting as a technical lead for privileged access patterns and best practices within complex cloud environments is expected.

We are a market-leading financial services organisation based in London, hiring a CyberArk PAM Engineer on a 6-12 month contract with hybrid working. This is an opportunity to join our team and help shape privileged access management across complex cloud environments, supporting Azure and AWS while working closely with security, cloud, infrastructure, identity, network, and third-party delivery teams. We offer a London-based hybrid role and a competitive rate or salary aligned to experience, qualifications, and training. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we welcome candidates with equivalent qualifications and varying levels of experience.
