We are seeking an experienced and driven cyber security professional with proven experience in a senior cyber security role. We need someone with proven ability to define and deliver a cyber security strategy. We need experience managing a complex environment, upgrading OT legacy systems, and demonstrable experience of security in complex or manufacturing environments. We require appropriate certifications such as CISSP and CISM. We need excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own, and continuously evolve our cyber security strategy across both IT and OT environments.
  • Translate business and operational risk into a clear, pragmatic cyber security roadmap and influence senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for cyber security across corporate IT systems, networks, cloud services, and OT/ICS environments.
  • Define and enforce appropriate security architectures, controls, and standards across both estates.
  • Ensure our cyber security policies, standards, and procedures are maintained and effective.
  • Remain hands-on in the day-to-day operations of cyber security.
  • Own cyber risk management and contribute to our enterprise risk register.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.

This is a hands-on leadership role based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary.
