Requirements:

  • Proven cybersecurity leadership in customer-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, PEN testing, and risk mitigation
  • Expertise in network security, device management, and governance
  • Familiarity with PUAM/UAM tools and practices
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Desirable: certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
  • Desirable: knowledge of CAF, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main Cyber Security contact for the account, providing updates, governance reports, and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Lead Cyber Security, own Security Review meetings, and act as the account security contact
  • Deliver reports on vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance, ensuring vetting compliance
  • Support cyber event responses and investigate and report security breaches
  • Manage audit responses across Managed Service Teams
  • Provide governance oversight for CAF, vulnerability management, and PUAM, defining compliance frameworks
  • Work with our Information Security team
  • Coordinate assessments, PEN testing, security reviews, zero-day responses, and monthly reporting
