Requirements
- Experience up to 3rd line support in an on-premises environment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Hyper‑V, SQL, and Microsoft Failover Clustering.
- Experience with system and server administration, including building, configuring, deploying, and maintaining physical and virtual environments.
- Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud integrations.
- Experience with network management, including firewalls, switches, VPNaaS platforms, and wireless access points.
- Experience with M365 administration tools and services such as Hybrid Active Directory, Teams, Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, mobile management, and Intune.
- Experience with backups, patch management, endpoint operating system deployment, email services, endpoint security, and SAN storage management.
Responsibilities
- Join a small team responsible for the overall support of our network.
- Provide network, server, desktop, and cloud IT facilities across the company.
- Build, configure, deploy, and maintain physical server and virtual environments.
- Configure and monitor firewalls, switches, VPNaaS, and wireless access points to support reliable connectivity.
- Administer the M365 stack, including user management, licensing, security configuration, and system health monitoring.
- Manage secure backups and data retrieval across local and cloud environments.
- Handle patch management for server and desktop software and vulnerabilities.
- Build and deploy operating system images for endpoints.
- Manage email services, including client configuration.
- Control, manage, and configure endpoint security policies, agent deployment, and platform health.
- Configure and manage centralised storage and SAN systems.
