Responsibilities:
- We develop business cases with clear objectives, requirements, benefits, and benefit realisation approaches.
- We define project scope, objectives, and prioritised requirements with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
- We help prepare business case proposals for budget approval.
- We develop functional and non-functional requirements.
- We manage a diverse range of stakeholders and ensure business expectations are met.
- We support the business and project team in developing test strategies and test plans.
- We ensure testing is completed in line with agreed plans and that results are acceptable before live deployment.
- We support ad-hoc IT and business-related projects as required.
- We coordinate with end users and IT staff to identify and resolve problems.
- We write and update user process guides and process maps.
- We provide training and training materials where appropriate.
- We identify digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and wider business outcomes.
- We build strong relationships with project teams and business stakeholders.
- We produce and maintain project documentation in line with project governance requirements.
