- Capture and document as-is and to-be business processes across multiple departments and regions.
- Gather, analyse and manage business and technical requirements.
- Support global change and transformation activity across data, finance, procurement, manufacturing and wider operational areas.
- Identify process inefficiencies, system improvement opportunities and areas for business change.
- Create clear documentation including process maps, requirements, risks, business cases and solution design inputs.
- Work closely with project managers, change teams, senior stakeholders and external suppliers to support successful delivery.
