Responsibilities:
- We will lead our cloud, infrastructure, and security strategy across the Trust.
- We will manage and optimise cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- We will ensure our systems remain secure, stable, and scalable.
- We will oversee Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender.
- We will lead cyber security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and MDR platforms.
- We will oversee Microsoft server environments.
- We will manage 3rd line support operations.
- We will monitor SLA performance and handle escalations.
- We will deliver a Trust-wide infrastructure audit and network redesign.
- We will drive the transition to cloud-first services.
- We will align our technology with current educational and digital standards.
