Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and deployment of Splunk, Cribl, and observability tooling under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Help with the ingestion and processing of data.
- Learn and apply parsing logic, data normalisation, and enrichment techniques for structured and unstructured log data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, escalating issues where needed.
- Participate in technical reviews and design sessions.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings.
- Produce project documentation, reports, and delivery artefacts.
- Support the maintenance of project information in our resource management system.
- Learn our service definitions and how they apply to different client situations.
- Actively engage with our structured learning programme and work towards relevant certifications.
